Joe Noonan


Joe is passionate about building SaaS enterprise software businesses that deliver exceptional value for customers and stakeholders. At Vee24 he is leading the growth of this conversational multi-experience customer engagement business allowing world-leading brands to deliver an exceptional digital experience across sales, customer service, and marketing. Most recently, Joe led Revulytics to a successful strategic acquisition by Flexera Software in 2020. Under his guidance, Revulytics evolved from an application security software company to a leading cloud-based software usage analytics solutions provider helping customers generate more than $2.4 billion in new license revenue. The company achieved triple-digit growth, and customer success with more than 100 software vendors worldwide including leaders in EDA, PLM, CAD, publishing, and multimedia software. Joe has held executive-level sales positions at Authentica Inc. (now part of EMC Documentum) and at Eprise Corp where he was instrumental in its successful sale to Divine, Inc. As president and CEO of Upspring Software, Joe successfully sold the company to MKS Systems (now part of PTC).

Kevin Ball


Kevin has spent most of his career providing executive-level finance and operations leadership to early-stage and multinational software organizations. At Vee24, Kevin is responsible for Finance, Operations, and the company’s day-to-day Legal, Commercial, and HR functions. Prior to Vee24, Kevin was CFO at Revulytics where he guided the business through its early rounds of venture financing, to sustained profitability and growth, both organic and through strategic acquisition. Most recently, Kevin helped lead Revulytics through a successful acquisition process as the company was acquired by Flexera Software in 2020. Kevin has also held CFO roles at Nation One Mortgage and Skyward Consulting Group. He was also VP, Finance & Operations for Getronics NV and Logica plc (now part of CGI Group, Inc.). Kevin holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Anselm College.

Jeff Barovich

SVP of Global Sales

Jeff is a transformational sales executive with a passion for building high-growth, high-performing organizations. Through a disciplined sales process, he is leading Vee24’s global sales team to the next level, demonstrating to leading brands how Vee24 drives exceptional digital customer engagement. Prior to Vee24, Jeff held several sales leadership positions with Forrester Research. In those roles, he led the organization’s largest and most successful global sales teams, helping marketing and technology executives build customer-obsessed strategies. Jeff has also led sales organizations at high-growth SaaS companies, including Invoice Cloud, Neolane, and Cymfony, driving sales team growth and new client acquisition. Jeff is a graduate of Bryant University.

Denise Cheung

SVP of Product & Services

Denise heads up Product and Client Success at Vee24. She is a proven executive experienced in leading teams to deliver exceptional value to top brands around the world. She is also an innovator with a proven track record in building market-leading enterprise software for legal and financial services. She is passionate about helping companies transform the way they engage customers through customer journey insights, technology, and industry best practices. Prior to Vee24, she led product innovation and strategy at Anaqua, Inc., helping drive sustainable competitive differentiation and YoY double-digit growth to achieve market dominance.  She was instrumental in establishing user groups and an executive council to collaborate on the product roadmap. Prior to Anaqua, she led large-scale implementations for financial service and automotive companies at CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A). She is a graduate of Cornell University and enjoys traveling, trekking, and cycling.

Tom Shambo

SVP of Business Development and Global Partnerships

Tom is Vee24’s SVP of Worldwide Sales. He has served as SVP of Sales or SVP of Sales and Marketing for 6 different companies, leading the 5 private companies to exits of a combined $850 million. Tom is a real champion of the sales process, methodology, and hands-on coaching.  Before Vee24, Tom served as SVP of Sales and Marketing for Article One Partners which was acquired by RWS Services (LON: RWS) of the UK.   Tom has held leadership roles at LDiscovery, Renewdata Corporation, Autonomy, Zantaz, SteelPoint Technologies, presence, and Banyan Systems. Tom holds an M.S. and B.S. in Mathematics and Education from Oswego State University of New York.

Martha Stuart

SVP of Marketing

Martha joined Vee24 in 2020 bringing her passion for marketing innovative technology solutions and services. She is responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution across branding, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales operations and enablement. Prior to Vee24, Martha served as VP, Marketing at Revulytics, a venture-backed software monetization business that was successfully acquired by Flexera in 2020.  Martha has also served as VP, Enterprise Marketing at Intralinks and was Director, Americas Marketing at Sophos where she was instrumental in building a world-class marketing function and growing the business. She began her marketing career at Motorola in the United States and Europe. Martha holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s from Bowdoin College.

Sean Drummy

VP of Product Management

Sean has been with Vee24 since 2017 initially focusing on growing the organization in a cross-functional role touching Client Success, Engineering, and Product. As Vice President of Product Management, he combines his diverse background with a passion for technology to design and deliver quality software solutions that create compelling experiences and are fun to use. Prior to joining Vee24, Sean worked in business analyst and account management roles at Anaqua, a SaaS company specializing in intellectual asset management. He also worked in the intersection of software and defense, working as an engineering project manager and product lead developing training tools for the US Marine Corps and US Army. Sean is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
