Vee24, Bravissimo, Schuh: RetailWeek CX Finalists

Live video assistance from Vee24 recognised in three award categories

Manchester, United Kingdom – September 8, 2015 – Vee24, a provider of live video assistance solutions to leading brands including Land Rover, DFS, Mattress Firm and Vodafone, today congratulates its clients, lingerie retailer Bravissimo and shoe retailer Schuh for being shortlisted for the 2015 RetailWeek Customer Experience Awards.

Bravissimo has been shortlisted for the ‘Customer Convenience Initiative of the Year’ award and Schuh has been nominated in the categories ‘Outstanding Digital Experience’ and ‘Digital Customer Service Initiative of the Year’. The awards, which will take place on the 21 October 2015 at Grosvenor House, London, will celebrate the retailers and suppliers who are transforming the customer experience and continuing to make the UK one of the very best globally renowned retail markets.
