Bravissimo has been shortlisted for the ‘Customer Convenience Initiative of the Year’ award and Schuh has been nominated in the categories ‘Outstanding Digital Experience’ and ‘Digital Customer Service Initiative of the Year’. The awards, which will take place on the 21 October 2015 at Grosvenor House, London, will celebrate the retailers and suppliers who are transforming the customer experience and continuing to make the UK one of the very best globally renowned retail markets.
